dog-rescueDOG RESCUE

It all began when Mark transported his first rescue dog north to New England in the summer of 2006. It was then that Fairway became aware of the many unwanted dogs that were being euthanized because southern shelters were overwhelmed and unable to find homes for them. We realized that we could transport some of these dogs north as we traveled up and down the East Coast and give them a second chance at life.

Since then, through a partnership with the very dedicated and wonderful people of the Aiken Animal Shelter and multiple other shelters in New England, Fairway has transported over 2000 dogs north–all finding new forever homes.

At the 2013 Silver Oak Jumper Tournament, Mark received the shows first Community Service Award in recognition of his dedicated rescue work that has helped save the lives of so many dogs.
